How it works
The call
Twenty minutes on the product and what's forcing the issue. If the problem is bigger than a week, you hear it here, not on Friday. If it fits: pick a Monday, payment locks the week, send the build and the context. That's the entire setup.
The work
Heads down in your codebase, on the screens that matter most. Those get finished by hand. The system behind them covers everything else: the screens get the week, the product gets the system. You see progress mid-week, no meetings. Friday: a branch back in your repo.
